Winter is so much more bearable when you like what you’re wearing!

When it comes to cold weather gear, it’s not hard to find boring, utilitarian boots that do everything they’re supposed to do. But there’s often nothing special about them. They’re usually made of vinyl or nylon, with a serviceable sole, and that’s basically it. No personality. No panache.

But blue suede Micro Mukluks? Now we’re talking!

The micro mukluk is a shorter, trendier version of the classic mukluk, designed by Manitobah. And there is nothing boring about it!

At 5” high, Manitobah Micro Mukluks are lightweight and comfy, with a sheepskin-lined insole and supportive midfoot structure. The navy blue cowhide suede is accented with matching ties, and cozy, plush trim at the ankle. Made for wearing indoors or out, they slide on and off easily, without fasteners.

Manitobah’s Micro Mukluks are made with a contoured Two Rivers rubber sole, with a distinct left and right foot fit. The outsole is treaded in deep grooves and textured pads for stability and traction in slippery conditions. Designed by Indigenous artist Tracie Jackson, the Two Rivers motif commemorates the Red and Assiniboine Rivers in Winnipeg, Manitoba, known as Nestawaya (“The Forks”), a sacred meeting place.

Micro Mukluks are proof that you don’t have to sacrifice style in the winter months!
