Shipping Information

We ship orders throughout Canada and the United States using UPS, Purolator, Canpar or Canada Post/USPS, depending on the destination and the most efficient shipping method.

Our standard shipping rates are:

  • UPS: $15.95
  • Postal Service: $21.95

Please Note: While we offer flat-rate shipping to most destinations, some remote, rural, ferry-serviced, or high-cost delivery locations may require an additional shipping charge. If this applies to your order, we will always contact you before shipping to discuss your options. You are under no obligation to proceed and may choose to modify or cancel your order if you prefer.

U.S. Orders & Customs Share Fee

Orders shipped to the United States include a Customs Share Fee, which appears as in the shipping line during checkout.

This fee helps offset tariffs, customs processing, and cross-border import costs that are charged when your order enters the United States. We share these government-imposed costs with our customers rather than increasing the price of every product across our entire store. No surprise fees when your package arrives. 

International Shipping

We also ship worldwide, including Europe, the United Kingdom, Australia, Asia, and many other countries.

International shipping typically starts at approximately $49.00 CAD, although rates may vary depending on your destination and the size of your order.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer, and unfortunately we are unable to predict or estimate what they may be.

Processing & Delivery

We make every effort to ship in-stock items the same business day whenever possible. Please allow approximately 7–10 business days for delivery within Canada and the United States.

If an item is temporarily out of stock or must be transferred from our warehouse or supplier, we will notify you promptly and provide an estimated availability date. At that time, you'll have the option to wait for the item, choose an alternative product, or cancel your order.
