There has never been a time in history when society relied on technology as heavily as we do today, and it’s a technology that overwhelmingly exposes us to EMF frequencies. One of the biggest influence this has on us is to dysregulate our sleep patterns.

The World Health Organization (WHO) calls electromagnetic fields “one of the most common and fastest growing environmental influences, about which anxiety and speculation are spreading.”

EHS presents as a series of symptoms that can include headaches, fatigue, rashes, anxiety and depression, sleep disturbances, and other irregularities. Paediatric research haș shown that the brain activity of children is especially vulnerable to EMF radiation.

We all have the choice to limit personal use of WiFi and wireless technology inside our homes, where possible, but we cannot control ambient EMFs from outdoor sources.
