There has never been a time in history when society relied on technology as heavily as we do today, and it’s a technology that overwhelmingly exposes us to EMF frequencies. One of the biggest influence this has on us is to dysregulate our sleep patterns.
Wireless gadgets we use every day that emit EMF radiation include: cell phones, Bluetooth devices, laptops and tablets, TV remotes, baby monitors, security cameras, Smart thermostats and lights, video game consoles and controllers, microwaves, and countless others.

Some studies have shown that consistent EMF exposure can be disruptive to the human nervous system and cognitive function. Researchers are divided on the correlation between wireless technology and how disabling the resulting symptoms can be, but Electromagnetic Hypersensitivity (EHS) has been officially recognized by the WHO since 2005. EHS presents as a series of symptoms that can include headaches, fatigue, rashes, anxiety and depression, sleep disturbances, and other irregularities. Paediatric research haș shown that the brain activity of children is especially vulnerable to EMF radiation.
