One of the best things we can do for mind, body, and spirit is to go for a nature walk.
Getting outside, away from work, away from screens, is how we decompress from the weight of the world and reconnect with ourselves through nature.

- Foraging squirrels and chipmunks
- The smell of freshly cut grass
- Wind in the trees
- The sound of water bubbling in a creek or lapping at the shoreline
- Crickets, frogs, and a myriad of birdsongs

Moccasins are the original nature walker’s shoe. Flexible and durable, they conform to the foot in a way that is unique to each person. Wearing them makes you feel almost as if you were part of the forest, not just some wayward human passing through.
