Description

These beautiful coasters add a decorative element to any room while protecting your table from the sweat and moisture from beverages. Sioux Native Artist Maxine Noel designs the artwork displayed on these hard coasters. Coasters are packaged in a clear top box in a set of 4. The packaging includes the Artist's biography and artwork description.

The "Not Forgotten" painting is "to honour and remember all the murdered and missing Aboriginal Women". Proceeds of the "Not Forgotten Collection" will help support the Native Women's Association of Canada (NWAC) -- a voice for the missing and murdered Aboriginal women in Canada.

The "Eagle's Gift" painting, "when one does the work of the great spirit, one receives an eagle's feather as an honour."

This product is designed by indigenous artists. All artists have provided consent and contractual permission for their art to be featured on these items. Artist names are acknowledged on all product packaging. Cultural traditions are honored by acknowledging cultural affiliation on product packaging. Artists are paid in fees and royalties.
