To achieve significant improvements, it is advised to utilize a red light therapy blanket on a daily basis or a minimum of three times a week for a 20-minute session. Allow for ample time to witness results - typically within four to 12 weeks - as most individuals experience benefits such as enhanced skin tone, improved sleep, and relaxation.
