I have been using the sleep pad for almost two weeks and I love it! My sleep improved, I sleep pain free and I've finally started losing weight since my body is not constantly stressed from pain and inflammation. I wake up feeling rested and refreshed. I also have two earthing pillowcases from this company as well but the cats had taken over those pillows. Now that I have the pad, we all sleep comfortably and I have my pillows back.

We have used the mat for 3 days only and I have observed a much more restful sleep , not sure if this relates , but my thinking seems to be clearer. Am looking forward to see what the rest of the family is experiencing.

The earthing mat is super with my earthing sheets. I get a really sound quality of sleep and pain has definitely subsided. Plus my dreaming is becoming more vivid; so I know I am getting into a deep relaxed rem sleep. Thank you for bringing these out in Canada! Great company!

Earthing Sleep Pad Set

My earthing mat completely alleviated knee and hip pain I used to suffer from while lying on my side in bed. To the point where, I was able to tell one night when it had accidentally been unplugged! Got one for my dad, and his daily shoulder pain from a rotator injury that never healed properly, went from a consistent 8, to a 4 ON A BAD DAY! He was a skeptic but was blown away! My husband also tried sleeping on mine but noticed no difference, so I took it back from him lol. But I highly recommend to try it!!

Hi, We admit to being skeptical about the grounding sleep pad. (As of yet, I have no idea how or why this works). We got the large one and put it on our queen size bed immediately. Our nights were typically restless; long sessions awake, up and down, feeling wired. Desperate for a good sleep. Well, that has changed since the first night of using the pad, a few weeks ago. I start yawning within several minutes of getting into bed, and we both feel more relaxed. My husband is less sensitive to EMF etc. than I am, and has probably not noticed as much of a difference, but definitely sleeps more calmly than before. I am often amazed at how quietly he sleeps. I feel that I would want to take this item with me whenever I am in a different place. That’s how much more restful the nights are! Very well worth the money. I have to say I was honestly so excited for this product considering all I’ve heard about it, but very disappointed. I called in and spoke with one of your reps asking about the earthing mat working through our fitted sheet and she had given me some recommendations which then I decided to order some bamboo sheets to make sure we had our best opportunity to make your product work. We’ve had it now for just over a week and neither my wife or myself have noticed anything whatsoever. Obviously we will keep trying but just frustrating and Not sure if anyone has any suggestions.

We watched the documentary about Earthing and Grounding and were immediately interested in an earthing mat. We were really happy to find a Canadian company where we could purchase one. We’ve noticed a big difference in our sleeps and our aches and pains are diminishing. The instructions are great and it was very easy to figure out. Worth the purchase. Enjoy deeper sleep and wake up refreshed with a grounding mattress sleep pad. The more time we can spend grounded, the better we can encourage our bodies toward radiant health.

The large/double size mat covers the surface area of a queen-sized mattress and measures 54" x 72" (137 cm x 182 cm), while the small/single size mat is for a single person, covers the surface area of a twin-sized mattress, and measures 27" x 72" (69 cm x 182 cm). Each mat comes with convenient straps that stretch to fit any size bed. If you have a king bed, we recommend you use two single mattress covers. The pad has 30% conductive PU (polyurethane) and 70% polyester with a thin 100% conductive carbon tech material. All you need to do is secure the mat to your mattress with the straps, plug the cord into your grounded outlet, and enjoy your blissful, grounded sleep. Note: to allow earthing, your fitted sheets must be made from 100% natural fibres, such as cotton, silk, or bamboo.

How to use:
  1. Use outlet checker to test and confirm outlet has proper working ground.
  2. Place the sleep mat on top of your mattress and secured with the two elastic bands under the mattress.
  3. Snap the cord onto the connection tab of your sleep mat or tester (see step 5).
  4. Insert the end of the cord into outlet.
  5. Following instructions on continuity tester, check that you are grounded while being in contact with the pad.
  6. The shiny black side of the sleep mat is conductive. Place fitted sheet over top of sleep pad.
